Standard 4-Step Testing Protocol
Designed for minimal blood volume (5–10 μL fingerstick capillary blood) with included sterile lancets, micro-pipettes, and pre-measured assay diluent.
Collect Fingerstick Blood
Disinfect fingertip with alcohol pad, lance the skin, and collect 5 to 10 μL of capillary blood using the disposable micro-capillary pipette.
Transfer to Sample Well
Dispense the blood specimen directly into the specimen well (S) of the test cassette without introducing air bubbles.
Add Assay Diluent Buffer
Add exactly 1 to 2 drops of assay buffer vertically into the buffer well or directly into the sample well according to kit protocol.
Read Visual Results
Start the timer and interpret distinct pink/red test and control bands at 10 to 15 minutes. High contrast prevents equivocal readings.
